steering

hiya,im dave and im new to this......hope you can help

I have recently bought a 1999 disco td5 i seem to have a problem with the steering, i cannot seem to keep the vehicle straight, it seems to drift all over the road. I have to make constant adjustments, this becomes an even bigger problem when towing the caravan or trailer. I have just got rid of my td 4 freelander which i could pull my caravan at 70 mph without any problems. I have checked all the ball joints the only thing i can find is a small amount of play on the steering box with full right hand down. Anyone got any ideas

Death Wobble-steering & suspension. Type it into youtube. not to worry you but it might give an indication what to look for. Also have you had your tracking checked. Check your bearings aswell. good luck.

Play in the steering ?
