Steering wheel modification

I'd quite like to fit a 15MY XS steering wheel to my TD5.

But obviously these don't have the indicator cancelling pins.

Is there any way of adding some?

or drive without the self cancel i haven't missed it and on some junctions where i turn right just after a roundabout still traveling left i no longer have the horrible clicking / sound of plastic breaking.

That's definitely an option I had considered as mine turn off as I turn right sometimes anyway!!
