Hello might be a silly question but how do you remover the centre horn push from a 1996 discovery no airbag

Why do you want to remove it?
If it's to re-align the steering wheel your better off doing it on the steering shaft flexi joint.

The horn push is broke and need to fix

Yeah the badge part needs to be prised off with a flathead, I'd take out the horn fuse or disconnect the battery atleast to avoid annoying the neighbours 
If you need to go any further than that you need to prise the underneath out the same way, only this is abit more tricky an you can damage the wheel in the process
