Looking good.

Doing the rear cross member, I used a couple of acro props through the rear windows to prop mine up.

Wound up the props to take the load, took some datum measurements, and chopped out x member.

Cheers Chris. I don't have any acros unfortunately and don't really know any builders. Don't think they come too cheap. I could run a 6fter through the windows with a couple legs either end though

I'm battered from 2 days on it and about to start another lol. I'm going to try and get that section behind the outrigger done I think. I really want to get the rear quarters done soon too as there's condensation on the inside of the roof every morn which really isn't helping. My steering wheel has also turned into a broccoli farm. Disgusting. It was mangled anyway to be fair

Best get your motors done.
That young German in the Hilux is over again wanting some more off roading.
Looks like I will be route finding for us.
Think it's in may bank holiday as lanes just open

My target is June currently. If I'm not bad by the end of this month I'll do a big order. I still have a sh1t load to do.

Very cool, I have adjusted my schedule and am patching my rear body cross member now, sodd it, it can wait until next year, whats the worst that can happen? It rots away a bit more lolz

Brutal day again but my plan has worked and I'm about to stick it all together. Will update shortly

I am battered. I got a day on the fender tomorrow but atleast I won't be under it and my mates coming to lend a hand. Hopefully it's sunny again. I made a whole section to replace the outrigger plating. The rear looks sh1t. I blew through too which suggests the steel might not be too thick. Boll9cks. I welded it up anyways and sprayed with some sacrificial paint. I'll come back to it with fresh eyes. I didn't get a pic of rear but I'll update. Mixed results!!
