I have very recently purchased a 2016 110 with the van body ( only 2 seats ) and intent to completely set about beefing this up and have budgeted the next 2 years ( minimum -will it ever end I ask myself-guess it won’t ) and having done several cars over the years I finally got my hands on this beast. First steps will be the suspension with poly bushes but which are the best ? So many out there Then change to beefed up coil overs ( same again which is the best ) I am currently dynamat ring the whole van while I await more funds ( wages ) to continue also I fancy putting bench seats in the back as it is only a 2 seater. Advice greatfully accepted

So a transit engine (Puma) ?

Coil overs ??
Do you have leaf springs on yours (a first I think) ?
Only a 2 door or 4 ?

Superpro poly bushes (if you must).

Where are you in the country ?
Please post pictures (we like them here).

I am in Reading it has coil overs but want to up rate them it’s a 4door van version made in 2015 with the transit engine in ( down the line sometime next year I would like to change to the 3litre BMW M52 diesel lump )

Welcome :).
That does look rather good:). Personally you should drive it around a bit as is. Then decide what you actually want to do to it.
You only say "beefing it up and seats in the back" for what?
Every change has pros and cons depending on your choice of use;).

Just a tip, but paragraphs and grammar help for people to easily read your content.

For bushes it depends what you are after? Standard bushes are perfectly fine and unless it has big mileage on it or had a hard life (doesn't look like it from the pics), then chances are there is nothing wrong with the bushes on it currently.

Poly bushes biggest advantage is they are generally easier to fit at home over rubber ones. But it doesn't mean they are specifically better.

"Polybush" the maker offer 3 different grades of poly bush, which may allow you to tailor to your tastes. Superpro only offer one grade, but claim they make some bushes stiffer or softer than standard, depending on which ones they are. But they don't specifically tell you what they have done or how they will perform. Generally well regarded though as are Polybush.

Both a bit pricey. Then there are cheaper poly kits such as Britpart. Which are likely perfectly fine.

Do you have a goal in mind on what you are trying to achieve?

Likewise with the suspension. Are you sure it has a coil over kit on it? Would be quite odd and not very common in the Land Rover world.

Standard suspension is a good mix of comfort vs road vs off road use. After market suspension can focus more on certain traits and attributes, but you really need to know what you are trying to achieve with it, as there are so many different things you can do. It would be impossible to suggest anything without knowing what you are after.
