starting problem

i recently had a cambelt change which stung me in the ass! now when starting my freelander from cold it struggles .

i have tried changing glow plugs and problem still occurs

ANY IDEAS??

I had the same problem, due to the garage not getting the timing correct, take it back and tell them to do it properly.

but starts fine when warm so if timing was out surely it would still have the same problem?
