Started Service...

Bits arrived today for service all gear oils etc, and drivers door lock, so swapped out lock nice and easy all working fine.

Swapped over fuel filter, thought I'd then go for a run get everything nice and warm before draining overnight ready to refil tomorrow.

Went for a drive, massive performance increase, fuel filter obviously needed doing, I'm feeling quite chuffed and happy at this point.

Get home venture underneath axle plugs out, transfer case plugs out.
gearbox plugs where are they, it has some sort of cover bolted beneath the gearbox, Rave says it's an acoustic cover, the fixing screws are well and truly seized and getting gloomy, so not done the gearbox,

Bugger...... was going so well,

At least the door lock was un repairable as the little switches that the key lock operates has actually fallen apart.

The fixings are quarter turn Dzus fasteners, spray with plus gas and leave for a short time.

I'll spray them tonight as well. Off to the gym in the morning so nice and warm when I get home, as it's a 12mile fast run.
