standard or Hd springs ? when to change

Another vote for britpart here. Not sure about the springs as I used new take offs last time I changes mine but their shocks were very good and lasted two trips through around Morocco. Their shocks are very cheap as well which a bonus!

cheers guys , I managed to get a set of original land rover springs, take offs as new of I am prob going to fit the super gaz shocks

The cheap ones that are about £15 each!

As I said very cheap, and although they lasted me about 4 years which doesn't sound long, that covered about 80k and two trips around Morocco
