Stalling / stopping issue

serviced the beast last week and today after driving for 15 mins it started to lose power at a roundabout and then stalled on the hill afterwards. I checked there was power to the fuel solenoid (there was) then tried to restart and it did tho there was a rapid clicking noise from the feul pump it ran for another 10 mins and the same thing has happened just started again with the fuel pump clicking noise. Sounds like fuel starvation any ideas ?

Diesel ?
Did you change fuel filter ?
Maybe sucking air in past the seal on the fuel filter,
Had this on a car a few years back

yes diesel and yes i changed the fuel filter there was an issue with the solenoid wuring which i have sorted too
