Srs light

hi guys
Srs light as come on ! It's saying in manual it's a dealership job which I imagine will be very expensive. Any advice would be much appreciated

The diag codes returned by a code reader will tell you what needs addressing.

Could just be the wire has come lose from the seat belt pre-tensioner - they're under the seat and can become dislodged.

I’ve just had the same problem:

Turns out even if you fix the fault, the light might stay on until you delete the codes. With ign off, reseat the yellow connectors under the seats. Any garage with a half decent reader will be able to communicate with the SRS system - get them to read and delete the codes. You don’t need a dealership.

Cheers pal I found the yellow connectors and unplugged and reconnected several times light is still on. So it's down to local garage for code reading. Hopefully that will do the job Thanks for your time an advice.
