Squeezing noise

Hi guys,
Just gone to lock my discovery 2 2001 reg, and a high pitch squeeling noise is coming from the rear quarter? And it seems to be when the lights flash? Can't figure out what it could be, any ideas?

Relay? fuel pump?

Probably better to post this in the disco section bud, get a more definitive answer.

I know there is no relays in the rear quarter on my defender but i don't know about a disco. The guys who have one will
