Disco 2 squeaking/grinding brakes when warm

i have noticed that the brakes on my d2 squeak really loudly, almost like they are grinding. they only do it when warm.

Things I tried:

1. i tried to fit some new quality EBC brake pads fitted. I have had the same before and never had squeaking until recently.
2. the pistons do not feel seized
3. i have replaced the fluid
4. replaced the carrier pins with some new ones and fresh grease.

honestly i really cant work out if its from the front or rear

Clamp some flexi pipes and then see if the noise stops.
Don't crash as you won't have very good brakes while doing it!

unfortunately its not an option as i have braided lines

Have you checked for sticking ABS module? Mine showed a fault on my Foxwell & I get an occasional squeak which I presume is down to that intermittent, sticking ABS module.

no, i do not have any such errors

That's good as there's no fix apart from replacing the ABS pump.
