Spotlight wiring Query

Hi All,
My Freelander HSE has two black spot lights on the front that look a bit like plant-pots. They do not work and having investigated, I have discovered that in the fuse panel on the driverside is a black and red wire that have a white plug on them , this is the feed to the spotlight switch. Question is where should it be plugged in to get the pos and neg feed ? I cant see anywhere on the fuse console that takes the plug and I dont see any other floating matching sockets.

try in the freelander section . more likely to get a response , from someone with similar vehicle .
