spot lights and cb

you've probably all got them except me.....
i've got a 1998 disco TDi to which i want to fit a pair of front spotlights.

are they difficult to fit ?

any views on the best type at an economy price ?

I also want to fit a cb radio and was wondering if it is a difficult job.....
any help appreciated.

CB should not really be and issue, depends on how tidy you want it to look I guess, and where your going to put it, best place would probally be down the left hand side of the gearshift/handbreak area. with the dials etc facing you. the lights are not a big issue, you get the kit and all you need is some time to fit them.
