Speedo and Mileometer stopped working

Hi

Freelander 2 2007

Both of the above have stopped working. No warning just gone, The only work I've had done on the car recently is a new camshaft sensor and the fault happened over a week later and I can't see how this can be related?

Can anyone help? THANKS!

No there are no warning lights at all, everything else seems to be working perfectly.

Scratch that.....I have an ABS light showing, is that important?

Hi the ABS module supplies the speed signal for the speedo and the trip function.

You really need to get it hooked up to a decent diagnostic machine and pull the codes.

Do the basics first such as fuses and check for water ingress in the abs module connector.

Does the car still start?
