The green plug on my Td5 doesnt fit the disco 1 transfer box
Apart from filling down the squire shaft, can i change the unit in the box and if so how do you get it out ??

prise it out with a screw driver ,at the worst you need to remove hand brake assembly and speedo housing,and lever or punch it out from the inside
