Spanner, 10mm too small 11mm too big! what size do i need and where do i get it?

Hi folks

My front bleed screw is not accessible with an adjustable spanner and 10mm too small 11mm too big! what size do i need and where do i get it? or it there an alliterative? I live abroad (malawi Africa) and imperial spanners and not to be found here, so i need a website to buy from????...

was 7/16 but has corroded smaller but not quite enough for 10 mm you can try 11 hex socket or new cylinder
 
If the head is all messed up you could try an Irwin type bolt remover:

or...drop a slighty larger bolt with good flats over the top of the knackard bit of the hex and dab a wee bit of weld. This has saved me a number of times.you only need a wee dab as the heat helps too.. (once, as a lad, was doing a full fluid change drained the gearbox before checking the fill plug. When i did it was almost round.. dad to the rescue showed how to cut a bigger nut in half, as space was tight then weld it on to the remains of the plug..RESULT and a lesson learned....)

or blow torch and then vice grips (ouch!)
