For the last few weeks i've been hearing what sounds like a light mettalicy clinking from the wheels on the drivers side, well i thought the pads had come loose so stripped rear disc's nothing loose, scratchy head time put it all back together still noise still there....... well it turns out to be the wheel nuts the silvery one's they clink around over bumps BASTRD how daft do i feel . happened to anyone else or am i the only A Class DICK:eek:

OK ... would it make you happy if I said it happened to me too?

So now you are happy, right?

But I lied .... it didn't mhappen to me ..

Cheers charlsey that has made me feel REALLY betterr!!!!
seriuosly this is my 4th disco in 2 yrs and they all have so many idiosyncratic things wrong with them that chinking over bumps is actually nice!!!!!

hi mate
the clicky sound didnt happen to me :)
but the metalic covering on wheel nut did balloon out making undoing it near immpossible had to get very large socket and whack it on this is something other disco owners should keep an eye on.Could prove to be a nightmare if an emergency should occur at the roadside.Had 4 all the same got some spares from cradocks a couple of quid each.
All the best fella.
