sorting out the leaks!!!

havent been on for a while, had a good few months trouble free motoring!!
Had a serge of energy to fix all the silly little problems with the rangy, got alot done over the last week and have come to my main problem, the leaking roof/headlining!

So ive done a few tests and its def leaking at the point where the roof rails meet the windscreen about an inch in from the screen, ive tried some liquid sealant by pouring it in the gap and made sure the windscreen is ok but none of this has helped! Got in it today and its like a flipping rain cloud has been inside!

Any ideas how to sort this out would be a great help, the headlining has got to be changed soon but @ £250 it'll have to wait until ive stopped the leaks! wouldnt want a new lining to be soaked!

mine the roof rack plastic trim has three parts of the roof meet under it 1 inch from screen, I found a small hole and plugged with silicon

Do those roof rack plastic trims just prise off? Think my leak is coming from under them at the rear of the roof.

not sure exactly how the roof trim does come off as was thinking of removing it and having a look for holes!

the hole thing abought warter leaks is such a pain wish i could find the ones in mine
