Sorage boxes for Roof Rack ~

I have a Survivor roof rack on a 110 Truck Cab, full length over a Trojan hard top. What I'm looking for is a box (or boxes) that I can store light stuff in, and mount up on the 'rack... Any ideas would be great!

or if you near an army base, get there ammo cases, i had all sizes given to me and you can do an awefull lot for free" if you know the right joe".

Ammo boxes are fine, but are heavy. Put Plastor into Google. They make excellent boxes, I have the back of my 90 kitted out with them. The euro style grey ones. If you want bigger/more sealed ones, Zarges make excellent cases and for total protection, Peli. I have a selection of all 3 of these and highly recommend them. Depending on your application, one of these should suit.

Loving the look of Solent Plastics "Tigabox" might have to get one to see what it is like. Thinking they would be great on the roof rack.

dont forget your roof weight limit ,esp for driving around in EU .!

What's the limit? Is it model specific or an EU thing?

Model specific , landrovers can and do frequently carry more , but exceeding recommendation , could have insurance claim repercussions , eg if vehicle fell over etc not saying dont but be aware HTSH

Im sure i seen a recommended weight of 75kg for a defender but they can carry much more and also its dependant on your roof rack.
