Something sticking

Hi guys landy was sat still for a bit and now when I pull away some thing is sticking as in it take a lot of revs like the hand brake is sticking but a couple of times it's done it with out the hand brake on it don't do it stopping in traffic but if I stop for say 2 mins out side a shop it takes a bit to get it to move, any ideas or any one else come across this ?

Brake caliper sticking?

Mine's doing it since I went in deep water at the weekend. Left it off last night and it still seized. I have to hit the hand brake drum with a hammer to free it up. Need to strip and grease it asap

Though calliper but wouldn't I get a pull to one side under braking sorta discounted the idea based on that if I'm wrong I'll strip an check asap hand brake is defo out as I checked that it's the elephant under the landy as it were lol
