Some advice please....

Hi guys and gals!

Been toying with the idea of getting my series 3 back on the road soon, and as it stands it has the 2.25 petrol.

I'm thinking of converting it to V8, as I love them and will only be used as a weekend plaything and classic top off, windscreen flat, to the beach fun thing!

I've come across these guys ( http://engine-conversion.com/content/view/14/28/ ) whilst doing a bit of research and wondered if any one on here has any experience with them, and their kits? They are fairly pricey, but with this sort of thing that's usually a good indicator! Any experience would be greatly heard! Ta!

Sorry, no idea about the company you're looking at, but I've heard good things and also had a friend recommend Steve Parker .

Second vote for steve parker here, although I have no experience with their v8 stuff I used their parts for the tdi conversion and they seem to have all of the common engine conversions covered.
