Solved ! fixed, Air suspension tank pressure.

2002 L322 TD6 poor mans vouge (HSE spec)

Hi guys.............almost 8 months of trouble free motoring as a daily and 37.1 mpg on a run out of her now fun again lol.
Anyone seen my earlier posts I always post the outcome and required repair so learning for us all.

Earlier today changed a tyre jacked one side drove to supermarket lowered and raised twice and drove like 15 miles returned home was going to paint underside so put her in high, she started to raise and then after a minute flashed inactive !
Reset 5 time drive round the block wont raise at all until now !

Went out reset after 2 hours and she raied to normal height and compressor shut off (watching relay) at 10.82 bar and sat there when off so no leaks just seems low pressure sure should be like 12 ?

Any help please on the above ?

Not quite sure on pressure would need to check. They changed and can’t remember what from and what year of the top of me ed.
but maybe jacking it up has dragged the sensor over a “normally“ unused part of the track.
Assuming from your comments you have some form of diagnostics, can you track height sensor readings?
also compressor temp although that should give a message on dash.

Hi mate thank you for your reply, fault was "tank static when filled" I think its the compressor getting tired and the heat to add as well wont help.
She is off to Cornwall on the 29th again so plan is get another good know working compressor and recon the one I have carry a spare recon m ay help someone else as well.

Found this but its for 2007-2010, am sure the earlier 1s were a different pressure but sorry cant find it at the moment.

Thanks mate, I am picking up a used pump today at 8am and hope to have time to fit tomorrow, sure I remember it being 11.2 a few months back and was told should be around 12 ?
The memory a lol.

Thank you, I know they reduced ther pressureafter a few months saw an update down from 17 bar guess a few bangs !

As always I reply when fixed, it was the compressor after all, second hand one fitted and spare reconed as I plan on keeping the car so always handy, new relay fitted as well and standing at 11.67 bar
