Solar Panels Roof Wiring Question

Gonna be getting some panels for the roof soon.

I'm in a quandry on how to get the wiring plumbed into the lannie from the roof though...

I could drill a hole in the side or use the existing hole that the beacon light was mounted on, except that's too small for the wiring I'm sure.

Any ideas?

If you've got a snorkel, that's a great way to hide the wiring up to the roof.

Thanks, that's food for thought, but the wiring would end up in the engine compartment would it not?

I really need it down in the rear area...

I've already got one of these going into the roof BUT I don't know whether the wire will be narrow enough to go through it.
I'm gonna buy the panels and give 'em a whirl regardless

Sorry if this is a silly question but why are you fitting solar panels?

I woulda just removed the rear screen wash jet and used the hole it left to feed the wire through.
