Soggy Disco 2...

Hi all, ive a friend that last night drowned his disco 2 in water without a snorkel...subsequently it cut out....

Weve now got it running but it wont go past 2.5 - 3k revs without cutting out...

ecu is dry, any ideas?

Remove air filter and cover and let it all vent a bit maybe

how did you get the water from the cylinders, did you remove the glow plugs and crank it?, cos it only has 4 glow plugs but 5 cylinders

No water got that far it seems...weve fixed it now, short run down the motorway must have dried it out....we think it might have been the crank sensor got water in it....cheers guys
