BUT, they did make a 107" series 1, sooooo the bespoke chassis might still be to the original design, but being not many made would HAVE to be bespoke.

bespoke doesn't mean modified, just means built specifically for his needs, which for a 107" I cant imagine theres an off the shelf alternative.

Ok I dont think they did a double cab, but who knows.

If the chassis was a replacement like for like it doesn't need a Q plate and of the original conversion was done years ago it would of been able to be done legally without needing a Q plate so could be legit...
 
With what hes written defo a Q plate , what does it matter , its just a number, its the vehicle that you are buying thats the important part . JMHO
Its the people that avoid road tax etc and are fully aware that they rorting the system that need the close attention

Its a Q plate for sure.

And he knows it, hes trying to hard to not sound like a thieving #### who dosent pay his road tax.

Can you report people to DVLA or VOSA?
