No real Flames here in qld. We back burn regularly here in Qld , don't listen to the greenies and tree huggers moans.

Unfortunately NSW and Vic does listen to them an don't back burn and have the problem it causes.
same down here in tassie and now they are saying its not there fault for stopping backburning in the first place

I always put sun tan lotion on to stop my back burning when I'm somewhere hot, that's just my Scottish complexion though. :D:pop2:

8am, Sunday morning and we've only got about 1cm of snow, pathetic.

I can only dream of a FBH. After 15 mins on the driveway idling, and then a 14 mile journey to work the damn thing is still cold. I know the engines about 80 to 85 degrees, there's a slight puff of warm air with the fans on full. But why did they fit such a useless heater system?
you have a problem there have you tried bleeding the system

I agree with Teddy.

You likely have an airlock problem.

Check for existance of a 2nd bleed screw and bleed the system first thing after a cold start with the heater controls set to max.

A working heater is pretty good - more than adequate.

I usually cut mine back a bit after a few miles.

FBH is magic , even better than the block heaters I have on the defenders , got hold of one from a Rover 75 , to fit to the 110 aftre fiting the BMW 3L diesel as the V8 generates more than enough heat , probably where most of the fuel goes

Hi,

Do you know if the Rover 75 FBH, will fit in a Freelander. Are they all the same heaters but with different fixing brackets. I have seen a few on eBay but not sure whats needed. I would love an FBH for my Freelander.
