Snow in Buxton Yippee, but I can not get up there as to busy I used to love it when it was thick in snow as I had to go through it once a week it was like being on ice road truckers

Mild moistness in Dorset and a balmy 10 degrees if my weather station is to be trusted. Put the battery conditioner on the XKR as don't expect to be using it over the next couple of weeks. Freelander is on Conti Cross Contact ATs but still need to switch the Disco3 over to winter rubber - will have to wait until next weekend now.

I wonder what I'd do with my time if I didn't have a pile of cars to tinker with?

Snow??? Whats that? Rain, yes. More rain... yes. I'm in Malvern and not a sniff of the fun white stuff. Just as well, my hippo has decided to play up. Stuck with a snotty Alfa...do NOT laugh.

I used to love my Alfa 156. Amazing fun and once I had tinkered with the brakes, handling and ...... played around with the engine, it was a ridiculously quick car. I upset my Scooby owning friend by beating his best time from Ringwood to Milton Keynes (we used to car share on a project).

And it was a diesel ;)

Yep. Mine's a diesel. No complaints really...just waiting now for the fabled problems to start. Will match my hippo then. She's playing up for the first time ever. Cant win.

Lovely in Christchurch. Spent the evening down the river fishing in me shorts and sunnies. Came home when it got dark at 9:30.

If you want to get your own back, bump the thread in 6 months :)

My misses has one of those limited edition Alfa Romeo 147 Ducati Corse Q2, its got 170bhp and a monstrous amount of torque from its 1.9 Diesel engine. What a flying machine it is and the handling is typical Alfa, incredible. But when the snow comes she'll be wanting to use my Freelander :)

Anyway glorious sunshine in Ponte this morning.
