My mate Noggin makes me laugh....He`s feed up with everyone going on about the horse meat in Tesco burgers.

Exactly the law's of physics apply no matter how many wheel drive you have !! Some folks seem to think just because a 4X4 goes better in slippery conditions that thay stop better too. In reality all cars have 4 wheel brakes. The year before last I was driving down a strait lane not far from home that was covered with sheet ice. I was in my Freelander going what I considered a sensible speed, I got overtaken by a chap in a new Disco 3 who I considered a complete moron traveling at some crazy speed. Especially as the lane in question has a hard left and right at the end of the strait section. Needless to say I watched in disbelief as this nice looking Disco was reduced to 2 1/2 tons of scrap as it bounced off a Cornish hedge!! Obviously I stopped to see if he was ok, I figured he was as he was already on his mobile when I got to him so I continued my journey. Maybe he will go a little slower in future?
