Hey there peeps anyone know a chip as chips snorkel kit to purches for my 2005 fl 1
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
Cheers m

The cheapest way is to make one up out of gutter downpipe fittings, but it depends on why you want one. If it's just to get the air intake out of the way of road dust, the guttering pipes work well.

There's no point if it's for wading, as the FL1 floats before the standard air pick up is in danger of drawing up water.

Yes, for a while, then is sinks when water enters via the gears stick hole and door bottom seals. The wading limit is 400mm, and above 500mm the wheels begin to loose traction as it starts to get buoyant. The standard air intake is well above the point where it becomes buoyant, hence there's no point in raising it for wading. ;)
