Have you used google? There are loads of kits out there for the 200's... try looking around on the 4x4 parts websites like paddocks...

Depends on your budget ... £70 will get you a basic mushroom top, double it and you'll get a Mantec and then £180 will get you a Safari. I've had the mushroom top but changed it to a Safari as I picked up a decent 2nd hand one for £90. Both effective but the Safari looks better. Whatever you do make sure you seal it with silicon around every joint!

Personally I prefer the mushroom tops as they suit the defender better and look a bit more 'rugged' but thats just my opinion... they all do the same at the end of the day and there are plenty out there...

Hmm not quite Mr Land

The mushroom top is betterer when its dusty due to the centrifugal forces it creates in the mushroom head.

otherwise you is right the safari is betterer for effectively scooping air/water (Snigger) ;) :D :D

Alot of the 'mushroom top' ones also have the benefit of having flexible sections, allowing them to be positioned a little differently, which is handy if you either have, or are planning to have an exterior roll cage.

The problem with the mushroom tops is that you get so many idiots thinking it's your exhaust! ;)

Too true :D though I find it hard to believe those self same peeps dunt think the same of the safari ones too

You can interchange the tops assuming the pipes the same diameter ;)

Also if you are worried about your safari snorkle scooping water into it, turn the top round ;) :D :D

You're right although the Safaris being noticeably plastic in construction means that only the densest of the dense would think it's an exhaust :D

I've seen a few Safaris in the desert with the tops turned around ;):p:D

I meant the main body of the snorkel Steve, so you can mount it a little further away from the vehicle, if for example a rollcage was to fit inbetween.

Here's a comparison shot.
