Snapped timing belt on my 200tdi

Hello gents,

Unfortunately we snapped the timing belt of a disco 200tdi engine that was very recently swapped into our defender...

All 8 pushrods were bent. The rockers look OK or at least none of them is cracked. We placed a straight edge on top of the valves and one of the valves is a little bit higher than the other 7. Would this mean that all valves -except maybe one - are bent?

Not necessarily, replace belt, rollers and pushrods and give it a try. If it runs rough then whip the head off for a look, if it runs ok smile!

Just a follow up; we changed belt, rollers, and all pushrods and we are good. Already did 8000 miles and not a problem.
