Smoke on start up

Hiya I currently have a freelander 1 td4 (hippo) lol need to start a post on the forum on the trouble i am having at the mo, wen i start my car up in morning it smokes real bad and the car judders for a bit then settles down and no smoke, its now got to the stage as it dont settle down and just judders on tick over, i brought 4 s/hand injectors from fleebay supposed to av been tested on machine, ive had them put in the car and just smokes and judders just the same
 
Could be glow plugs, when was the manifold last cleaned out along with the EGR, MAP sensor, did you do a leak back test before changing the injectors, sometimes it is only the tips that need cleaning, Walsall hey not to far from me then

Hiya thanks for your reply, didnt do a leek back test on my old injectors, jumped straight into buying some as seen lots of people on sites with same problem and there injectors was the cause, going to have my old 4 teated monday at midland injectors so need to wait until then, i blanked off my egr this year but manifold and map sensor aint been cleaned out as yet, would the glow plugs cause it to smoke and judder constantly or just start up, cheers

Have you old injectors cleaned and tested, then refitted. If it's below 15° C the glow plugs will be used for starting and running for a good few minutes. If the glow plugs aren't working, staring will be delayed, which results in white smoke and rough running.

Hi sorry for late reply, all 4 injectors came back, passed with flying colours from the injector place, replaced glow plugs and still the same tubbish start up and loads of white/blueish smoke with a bit of misfire, pulling my hair out now lol

Have you tested for battery voltage at the glow plug connectors?
It sounds like the plugs aren't warming to me.
