smiths heater!!!!

Does anyone know if I can put a smiths heater into 110 td5??

cause I have recently removed the end of my thumb no feeling in the end gets cold very fast, Planing a trip to norway so it could be very cold!!! And the heater broke in my Td5 the other day, and if the smiths heater fitted it could be a cheaper a hotter option if ya know what I mean!!
