smelly smoke help

Hi,i have a f/lander td4 01 plate and i have smelly smoke coming from a pipe situated on the front bumper passenger side.Is it safe to drive. I have checked water and oil levels and they are fine.The front fuel pump is booked in to be changed on thursday,would this have anything to do with it,any help
appreciated.

Sounds like the fuel burning heater running.
Normal in mine when it's cold outside.

On the other hand it is a gaylander so flames will more likely...after the door's have fallen off
