Small pipe by turbo

What is this little pipe next to the turbo, more specifically the one that feeds into it that seems to have disconnected itself on my 300tdi

boost pipe to the injection pump,as boost increases it puts the boost pressure from the turbo to the injection pump to increase the fueling
