preferably not.
I just need it to be self contained (ie not plumbed in) and capable of heating liquids to 50-70 Deg C or so and capable of taking a vacuum flask size object.

Nope - coz it is to flush Nitro Glycerine out of WW2 mortar bombs

Right i see - so you need something like a babies bottle warmer that will take a flask sized object and heat to 70* C - is that right??

It's flask sized, not a flask. Think 50mm shell or mortar bomb size.
