Sorry but for me the above statement has no logic... IMO, you didnt listen or you can't understand ..each way you are lost m8 as long as you dont check well the inlet path for leak. .... i'll not say more cos it seems it's futile while you are speaking of tunes and revs with 215 MAP reading at high sucction

I spent two hours checking for leaks on the inlet, found none.

Cleaned MAF and MAP both were not bad compared to when last cleaned.

So if no leaks why if my MAF going out of range below full boost?

Did you pressure tested the circuit between the turbo and inlet or just eyeballed it? ... as long as the MAF reading is accurate that air must go somewhere normally into the inlet and means that the turbo is spinning fast so if you are certain that there are no leaks maybe the cartridge is worn on the compressor side and even if the turbo spins so fast it doesnt create enough boost... i've seen one case when it was a leak through the wastegate port as it didnt close well due to deposits

Wastegate leak, interesting.

Will have a nose at the turbo this weekend to see if OK.

Replaced with brand new LR MAF, no overboost issues now.

All I need to do now is restore boost pressure on the arm, is it shorten or lengthen again?
