Six pot front axle bearings

Hello,
My 1965 109" Station Wagon has been fitted with a 6 cylinder front axle (and Salisbury rear). Its a 24 spline axle and it needs new bearings, as i dont know the age of the axle how do i determine which wheel bearings it needs i.e. the early or later type?

What wheel nuts does it have? not and exact guide but helps.

The wheel nuts as said is your best guide with no other clues.
Is a 6cyl axle different to a normal rover front one?
24 splines on an older one could indicate military maybe (mine has smaller nuts and 24 splines on an ex mil 109 and its definitely imperial)) or on a newer one towards the end of production so would be metric.
