simple looking head unit

The head unit recently packed in on the freelander and the passengers are getting sick of my singing, could anyone reccomend an aftermarket one that looks fairly standard as I can't stand the flashing lights and awkward buttons on most aftermarket ones, its an 02 td4, I'm not bothered about Bluetooth and USB or owt as long as it takes cds but would like one to work with the steering controls.
