Just wondering what you put over Silent Coat, currently the inside of my Landy is very shiny!

I'm thinking that carpet will inevitably get a bit damp! The floor has rubber stable matting over the silent coat.

I preferred simple rubber mats when I had my 110 because carpets would be permanently wet and muddy.
As I don't do anything like the off road playtime with my D2 and I don't have a sun roof the carpets are fine.
