Need a specific size.
The raised type with a bevelled strip on all edges.
Ali plate, checker plate?
Groove the back 25mm in from the edge partial depth to help fold the edge? Mitre the corners at the required angle.
Soft braise/solder the mitres and rear face grooves to fill/join the panel edge folds.
Piano hinge and lock tbc.
Does this sound do-able?
