Recently-ish bought a set of lights (paddocks I think), sidelights, rear and indicators lights. The problem I am having is that the quality seems to be naff. Where the bulb turns to lock in place, that plastic is very thin...so whilst bouncing about the bulb can either out of the plastic ridge, or worse than that, a few of them have worn the ridge away so now the bulbs wont stay in at all.

Any ideas where i can get some decent quality ones?

Ooo, they look nice Sirus, would look just the part on a 45 year old land rover!

I am pretty sure it was the Wipac set that I received, horrid things.

I thought they were quite subtle, very green too, you can say to all them ramblers "Look my hobbys more enviromentally friendly then yours"

Thats true Sirus! They really are quite awful. What inspires people to make such things?

Cheers brnocz for the link...although I am to find someone who has bought some lights and can vouch first hand for the quality. Have you used these?

i did buy some off ebay very cheap brand new stamped wipec and i had same problem as rusty rhino also a lot depends on the make of bulb you are fitting

Glad to hear someone else has the same problem!

Interesting about the LED ones...I am just not quite sure how fitting they would be with the vehicle (and they are expensive!)
