Shuddering from engine gearbox

Hi , I'm new to the range rover world I got my sport a week ago and it's starting to shudder a bit when accelerating up any type of hill big or small it's the same. This morning its whining & the engine management light has come on . It also shudders ( like going over a rumble strip ) when you slow down for lights but pull away before actually stopping .
Any ideas please, I'm panicking I've got into debt buying a heavy paper weight.

A neighbor put his fault reader on it & its come up as egr sensor fault, I've contacted the dealer , taking it back thursday , hopefully he's a decent bloke & fixes it for me as I've only had it for just over a week. Fingers crossed
