Should the ECU behind the battery be bolted to anything?

Just got my first Disco 2

Looking under the bonnet, there is an ECU just behind the battery and it isn't bolted to anything, just lying in the hole

I can lift it with my fingers.

Should it be screwed to anything???

it is normal secured ,but it wont hurt it not been

It's normally in front of the battery on its side with the plugs facing the wing and screwed to the plastic battery box at the top.

Only got one screw securing mine at the top - no problem.

Just a silly little self tapper that's awkward to get at.
