Shot blasting and powder coating in the Dudley area????

Hello I've brought a winch bumper for my disco today. It's had a bit of a hard life and I need to get it shot blasted and re powder coated.

Does anyone have an idea of anywhere local to the Dudley area that would do this?
Also does anyone have any idea of a rough price it should cost? As I have never had the need to have anything like this done.
