shaking 110

Hi can you help ? when i accelerate hard in my 110 TD Station wagon it shakes and rattles through the body. I dont feel any vibrations through the wheels. If i ease of the gas the vibrations stop even at 70 mph. I have had a leak at the front swivel for a while but keep toping it up. The front bushes on the arms look tired. Any suggestion greatly appreciated

Right Iv'e had a bit ton drink in fact I'm a tad piissed but I reckon if you'r not taking the **** yerself that yuor ' UJ's or gone.

Sounds like UJ's to me too. Get underneath and check for any play.
Wheel bearings you can feel through the steering and sometimes the brake pedal.
Check your rear wheels for play (just incase).

I have been under the beast and hauled at the propshaft up at th uj's. i never felt any movment is there another way of checking them ??
Got new bushes and bolts as well as a swivel kit,c v joint and wheel bearing for the front. if it is a uj would i be as well fitting a new prop shaft ??

I have the same problem, diagnosed yesterday by Warwick 4x4 and yella disco as a ****ered UJ. Try paddock spares, they do a britpart replacement,
