Well, while you're enjoying the fireworks, I've been sat here with
local plod* going over CCTV footage from last night - when, at
20.05hrs (while I was talking to Simon on the dog-n-bone) some little
scrote - after thinking they'd disabled the CCTV (one camera knocked
out, leaving three covert) broke into Grumble. Took MP3 CD Sony
header, satnav (my fishfinder) and a few other bits. Not too much
hassle as they were mostly due for decom when the digidash goes in
anyway. Broke the fecking side window though...
This after Max puppy had been in the doggie hospital all day having
his paw rebuilt (sorry forelorn puppy at present with big bandage and
very, very big lampshade around his neck)...
Expensive day 'twas yesterday, circa 1,800 quid in all, ho hum... :-(
