servicing my 4.6, any tips?

hi guys,

my 2000my 4.6 vogue is due a service. its just covered 70,000 miles and due to me not having a service book for it i'm going to do it myself.

can anyone reccomend which filters and fluids to change,and the correct fluids/plugs/leads etc to use at this mileage.

get the best if you intend only anually servicing. there are also kits on ebay that include fluids and pollen filters.

i change plugs very regular as i get the cheap so its more cost effective for me.

if its the thor engine platinum plugs are recommended,as for the rest just get a decent service kit of filters,maybe consider doing the autobox if it,s an auto and the transfer box
