series 3 109 lwb tips plz

hi to everyone as this is my first post.
should be picking up a ex mod 109 lwb landy next weekend with a bit of tlc needed......it needs new paint as the previous owner removed most of it but thats not an issue as i respray cars professionally for a living but hopeless on the spanner side....any tips on what i can do to make her run sweet. chassis is ok asd its been steam cleaned and waiting for me to waxoyl again...it has 12 months ticket and chassis and bulkheads are perfect,
any tips most welcomed.....its a 84 model and petrol 2.25 etc

if yer want it to run reet ferget the timing marks ,except fer intial set up.

ensure yer points and plugs are set correct, then slowly turn yer dizzy anti-clockwise, then turn clockwise. once yer revs start to pick up lock yer dizzy in place. it will then run much better than if it had bin set to the 6° btdc

Cant help you with tips for your project sorry but you say your a prof spayer how much would i be looking at to get my series 2a resprayed to it original colour and what prep work could i do to save some money.
